My Dear Friend:-

Perhaps you will be wrathy, but must tell you that Flo J and I can not come down this week Friday:  Kate said that she would much rather we would wait until a week from Friday eve, so of course will do so if you have no objections and don’t think you will.

Kate is here this P.M. and says to tell you that she is working at Mr. Mohair’s (The Taylor’s)

Well Lizzie I suppose you are beginning to feel lonesome, for – well – of course you know that “Lester” is going away to-morrow (Friday) to Mauceloua where Lautie is.  He is agoing to work there.  He said he was going to stop at Grand Rapids to see Concelius Haau (Goveuor)

I suppose you went to Grand Haven to-day to be Examined.  Several went from Coopersville, Lamont and Dennison I suppose.

Ellen Noble, asked me to-day if I had seen you lately.

Have you heard from Mart Lately?  I have not.
