Miss Lizzie Golden Dennison Michigan
Dear Friend Lizzie
I received the invitation to your wedding and I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks for the same.
I also wish to congratulate you on getting so worthy and deserving a husband as Will for a life partner. Also yourself as being equally worthy. I wish you all the happiness this world can afford and trust that your married life may never be blighted by any of the world’s trials and sorrows and hope that all during your life you may have the best of success and hope that God may bless you both in your battles as life partners.
I sincerely regret not being able to attend the wedding for nothing would afford me greater pleasure but I find that it would be impossible. But you both have my best wishes in your undertaking.
I will send you a water set and I hope it will arrive alright. I have ordered it packed at the store so I think there will be no danger of it being broken. Again wishing you unbounded success in life.
I close with love and best wishes to both you and Will.
Remaining As Ever Yours Sincerely Julia A. Sullivan
